Automatic Sweep: Setting up a ‘sweep’ (automatic transfer) between your accounts to maintain a minimum balance reduces your risk of overdrawing your account or having a payment dishonoured. Sweeps prevent your account from overdrawing when a direct debit is made or cheque is presented provided you have sufficient funds in your other account. ‘Sweep’ fees are only $1.50 per sweep compared with the Payment Honour Fee, which is $40.
Phone and Internet Banking: These services are a convenient way to check and manage your account as well as stop a scheduled automatic payment. Suncorp does not charge customers to use Phone and Internet Banking. If an Internet Banking security token is required a fee may be charged.
Balance Reminder: Use this Suncorp Internet Banking feature to send you an alert email when your account balance falls below your nominated amount.
Immediate Extra Phone and Internet Banking: StatementStatement Print information is available through phone and $3 per statement internet banking free of charge.

Suncorp ATMs: Suncorp has an extensive ATM network which is free to use for many Suncorp transaction accounts. Outside Queensland, all ATM withdrawals are fee free for most Suncorp products.
EFTPOS: EFTPOS purchases are fee free on most Suncorp transaction products. Many retailers also provide ‘cash out’ facilities at the point of sale which can save you time and money if you’re not near a Suncorp ATM.
